Teaching

We do many things in Passages. All of them point back to and flow from our teaching ministry. Our lives will reflect our theology. Our theology comes from the Word of God.

In the book of Acts the early Church devoted themselves to Prayer, Fellowship, and Teaching. All three are vital.  The first two, prayer and fellowship, will be impacted greatly by what we are taught.

Discipleship

So... What is Discipleship. Many people want it but often leave unsatisfied. Primarily because they participated in a Bible Study and not Discipleship.

First, it is important to know that there is no magic formula. There are no seven steps to disciple making. Its real simple. Live an outwardly faced faith. Any "small group" which does not challenge you to do this is not discipleship.

Second, this is painful. Bible studies make us walking libraries. Discipleship challenges us to see Christ as King of: our whole life, our words, present calling, family, neighborhood, money.... I think you see where this is going.
