Being a member of the Covenant family has been such a blessing to me. It has been a place to worship, a place to grow in my walk with the Lord and also a place to disciple others. Giving toward the growth of our church is nothing more than an opportunity to serve God and acknowledge who He is. It will be exciting to see what God will be doing with Covenant and the lives that will be transformed.

To us as parents, there is no better use for our money than spending it on our children’s education and spiritual growth. Our new Children’s Ministry is important because it provides both. It’s also great that we can reach out to more people in our community to help bring them to Christ. It’s definitely money well spent.

Covenant is the church where we raised our kids; the place where we planted the spiritual roots that keep them grounded even after they are grown. Covenant feeds even when we’re not hungry, encourages when we’re discouraged, comforts when we’re grieving, loves when we are not lovable, rejoices when we celebrate. It has taught us the foundation for our family: the One who took our place and died on a Roman cross so we can live. What does Covenant mean to me? It means everything.

Over the years, we have found that the return on an investment in the Lord’s work is infinite. It is a cycle—the more you give of your time, talent and finances, the more committed you become. The more committed you are, the more connected you become. The more connected you are, the more you want to give. Giving of your time, talent, and finances becomes a joy.
