Women’s Prayer Time meets on Monday mornings at 8:15 am during the school year in the Parlor (begins August 18, 2025).

Prayer for Prodigals meets on Tuesday afternoons at 1:15 pm every other week during the school year in 300 (begins September 2).

Grace Group
Led by a licensed counselor, this is a support group for women whose lives have been affected by another person’s addiction, past or present. Covenant missions partner Unbound Grace has created a curriculum combining Alcoholics Anonymous 12 Steps of Recovery with Biblical principles. This curriculum covers a calendar year but the group is open to join at any time. Participants are expected to attend consistently and maintain high confidentiality. Covenant Stitchers

This group meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month at 1:00 pm in the Parlor to work on knitting, crocheting, embroidery, etc. Whether you’re an expert or want to learn a new skill, make plans to join us!

Feast not Famine

Mark your calendars for Tuesday, November 18 for Feast not Famine! Paula Miles, who wrote the Hosea study we went through last winter, will be our speaker. Feast not Famine is an annual event our Women’s Ministry hosts each fall to help us prepare our hearts for the holiday season. Thanksgiving and Christmas can be a stressful time for women as we seek to create the perfect holiday event for our friends and family to enjoy. Paula will challenge us to enjoy the feast that the Lord provides for us rather than experiencing the famine of unmet expectations. This fall we are offering a lunch option and a dinner option in order to accommodate as many women as possible. Plan to invite friends and neighbors to join you.

March 13 - 14, 2026

Save the date! We will gather at the Alabama 4H Center in Columbiana, AL.

We will retreat, we will fellowship, we will pray, we will laugh, we will worship, we will study God’s word together, and we will celebrate!

Come to the Table

Gather at Covenant to hear from one of our local mission partners! We will meet at Covenant to learn more about what this ministry is doing in our city to share the gospel and care for others. We will hear how we can get involved and how we can pray specifically for this local mission partner. After our time at Covenant we will gather in a Covenant home in our neighborhood for dinner around the table for fellowship and prayer. This event is scheduled for April 24, the specific date to be determined.
